Our story
Too many growing companies run hiring on spreadsheets, shared inboxes and good intentions. Great candidates slip through the cracks, hiring managers lose track of feedback, and applicants are left waiting for answers that never come.
Enterprise recruitment suites solve some of this, but they are expensive, slow to set up and built for teams with a dedicated recruiting department. We wanted something in between: powerful enough for serious hiring, simple enough that a founder or office manager can run it on a Monday morning.
