How does the free trial work?+
Request a trial and we'll book a short call to set up your workspace. You then get full access to the Growth plan for 14 days. We don't ask for a card, and at the end you can pick a plan or simply let the trial lapse.
What counts as an open job?+
Any job that is published and accepting applications. Drafts, closed and archived jobs don't count towards your limit.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. Upgrade at any time and we'll pro-rate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
Do you charge per user?+
No. Starter includes five team members and Growth includes unlimited, so hiring managers and interviewers never cost extra.
Is VAT included?+
Prices are shown excluding VAT. UK customers are charged VAT at the standard rate.
Can you help move our data from another system?+
Yes. On Growth and Enterprise our team will import your jobs, candidates and history from your current applicant tracking system or spreadsheets.
